PROCESSING TIMES

Due to the high demand, for all shipments please refer to the following timeline for when all orders are expected to be processed:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).
Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).
Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays & pre-orders).

All orders typically SHIP WITHIN 72 HOURS from the time they begin PROCESSING, pending availability and credit card verification. Next-Day and Express orders are given top priority, followed by Standard Ground and International orders. Unfortunately, at this time Salt Armour is unable to deliver a package on Saturdays. Salt Armour will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

SHIPPING

Standard
Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

Express
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders will be delivered via ground or air depending on the shipping destination zip code.

Next Day
Arrives next business day if placed by 2PM EST.

U.S. Shipping Costs:
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
